Expert Austėja Dimaitytė


As a business law specialist, Austėja has over 17 years of legal experience in corporate law, litigation, insurance, and banking law. She has been involved in both national and international projects, working with companies such as Lindorff (now known as Intrum), If Insurance, Finasta Bank, and Lewben Group (now renamed Noewe).


Throughout her career, Austėja has gained extensive experience in leading in-house legal departments of corporate groups and executing strategic projects with precision. She has advised and led initiatives such as participation in the tender for the deposit system administrator role, providing recommendations on the establishment of a corporate group for this purpose. She has also led projects including the relocation of international corporate groups from foreign jurisdictions to Lithuania, the sale of bank and management company shares, ESG implementation, and more.


Austėja is responsible for corporate law matters and works closely with company boards and shareholders. She provides strategic guidance and legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with legislation and effective risk management practices.


She tackles complex legal matters — from regulatory compliance to day-to-day legal issues — and represents clients in dealings with third parties and public authorities.
