Expert Austėja Dimaitytė-Kabašinskienė
As a business law professional, Austėja has 17 years of legal expertise across corporate, litigation, insurance, and banking law domains. Engaged in both national and international projects, Austėja has worked with international companies such as Lindorff (now known as Intrum), If Insurance, Finasta Bank, Lewben Group (rebranded as Noewe).
Throughout her career, Austėja has accumulated extensive experience in managing in-house legal departments within corporate groups and executing strategic projects with precision. She has advised on and managed projects such as bidding for the role of deposit system administrator, providing guidance on the establishment of a group of companies for that purpose. Additionally, she has managed projects involving the relocation of multinational corporate groups from foreign jurisdictions to Lithuania, as well as the sale of a bank and management company, ESG implementation and etc.
Austėja assumes responsibility for corporate law matters, collaborating closely with boards and shareholders. She offers strategic guidance and counseling to clients, ensuring adherence to legislative frameworks and effective risk management practices.
