Expert Jurgita Ruzgienė
Jurgita is a professional with 20 years of managerial experience across international and Lithuanian companies. For the past 15 years, she has specialized in HR, working in such companies as Sorainen, Noeve Group (Lewben, Nordgain, Strategy Labs), and Philip Morris International.
Jurgita guides organizations in developing and implementing effective solutions for employee experience, performance and talent management. She also advises managers on leadership topics. Her areas of expertise lie in organizational and human psychology, focusing on efficiency, motivation and engagement.
Beyond leading teams, Jurgita has successfully managed large-scale international projects. She has not only contributed to implementation of innovative and most sophisticated HR solutions in international companies, but has also developed and implemented successful HR practices for smaller organisations.
Jurgita holds university degrees in psychology, business management, English philology and pedagogy. She also studied human resource management in the Executive Master’s program.
Jurgita is a certified coach since 2019.
