Jurgita is a seasoned professional with 20 years of leadership experience in both international and Lithuanian-owned companies, including 15 years in human resources. She has worked with organizations such as Sorainen, Noeve Group (formerly Lewben, Nordgain, Strategy Labs), and Philip Morris International.
Jurgita helps organizations design and implement solutions for performance management and employee experience. She advises leaders on leadership-related matters and offers best practices in talent acquisition and development. Her continuous areas of interest include organizational and personality psychology, with a strong focus on effectiveness, motivation, and engagement.
Jurgita has successfully led large-scale international projects. She has contributed to the implementation of innovative, cutting-edge HR solutions in global corporations, while also designing and executing effective HR practices in smaller organizations.
She holds university degrees in psychology, business management, English philology, and education, and has completed executive-level studies in human resource management.
